It’s that time again… It’s the most bun-derful time of the year! Here’s your need-to-knows regarding pre-Christmas deliveries for your small animal’s hay.
Here are our recommended final dates for orders. We would recommend ordering sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
For HayDay Hay Boxes and Taster Pack Orders
- DPD - Order by 12pm on Wednesday 20th December
- Royal Mail - Order by 12pm on Thursday 14th December
Orders placed on the 21st and 22nd of December by 12 noon will still be dispatched the same day but may not have guaranteed arrival before Santa comes down the chimney!
HayDay HQ Opening Hours
Our office will be closed from the 22nd December 2023 until the 2nd January 2024. Any orders placed within this time will be dispatched on the 2nd January to arrive with you on the 3rd.
If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to get in contact with the team! Our emails and messages will still be monitored and responded to over the Christmas period.
