Forage Mix Guidelines for Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Chinchillas

Small pets are herbivores that thrive on a plant based, grass led diet. It is essential for their dental and digestive function therefore encouraging adequate forage consumption is key. Forage should make up the majority of your small pets diet (75 - 85%). This product is designed to be used as a treat (in small quantities) in addition to your small pets normal daily food as part of a balanced diet.

Feeding Guide

As with all treats, offer in moderation. Scatter a small handful of the product through your hay to encourage natural foraging behaviour. Clean, fresh hay should be available at all times, fed ad lib fed alongside species-specific dry or pelleted food (fed at recommended rates). Clean, fresh water should be available at all times.
