How Much Hay Should A Guinea Pig Eat?
Adequate forage consumption is essential for guinea pigs and should make up the majority of their diet at free choice. At a minimum, your guinea pig should be fed a portion size equal to their body size per day (approximately 90-100g). For full feeding guidelines specific to your pet see our Feeding Guidelines + Nutrition page.
